Admissions & Enrollment Process

Complete Our Application
To apply to attend JCS, please complete the online application and submit it. Each new child needs a separate application submitted. Current families who want to enroll additional children will need to fill out an application as well.
For New Families
- Visit our FACTS SIS: Accounts
- Click Create Account
- Begin a new student application and follow the prompts

For Current Families

- Visit our Facts Family Portal
- Log into your account
- Click Apply/Enroll
- Click Applicatiton
- Then Create New Student Application and follow the prompts
Note: Application fees may apply.
Apply for Financial Aid (Optional)
Applying for financial aid to attend Jackson Christian School is an optional step.
For New Families
*Note: A School Application must be completed and submitted in order for the Financial Aid Application to be processed.
- Complete the School Application
- Go to Welcome to Financial Aid
- Click Create an Account and follow prompts

For Current Families
*This is an annual process
- Log into Facts Family Portal
- Click Financial
- Under the Financial Links section, click Apply for Aid and follow the prompts

Interview
Once we receive a completed application, you will be contacted by someone to schedule an interview with an administrator and/or principal.
Acceptance
Once steps 1 and 3 are completed, we will send you an email regarding the acceptance of your child to JCS!
Enrollment
Shortly after you receive the acceptance letter you will receive an email to set up your Facts Family Portal. This account is where you will set up payments plans, view information regarding your child, apply for Financial Aid and more.
*Note: You will use the SAME log in information for the Facts Family Portal that you used when you created an account for the application.
Financial Aid Notification (Optional)
You will receive a financial award notification within 4-6 weeks if you completed both your financial aid application and school application. Please reach out to admissions@jacksonchristianschool.org if you have not received a notification within this time frame or if you have questions at any point during the financial aid process.
